CSR POLICY

CSR policy is to make CSR a key business process for the sustainable development of society. Watertec (India) Private Limited will act as a good corporate citizen and aims at supplementing the role of the Government in enhancing the welfare measures of the society within the framework of its policy.

REMUNERATION POLICY

Remuneration Policy (“Policy”) provides the framework and defining the criteria with regards to qualifications, remuneration, attributes of a person to be appointed as a Director, Key Managerial Personnel and other Senior Management Employee of the Company.
