Use adjustable WATERTEC spanner for fixing of the products
Use Teflon tape to avoid leak at the joints
Position the thread correctly before tightening to avoid the thread damage caused due to wrong threading
Perform routine cleaning for on shiny surfaces
Use plain water for chrome products and wipeit with a plain soft cloth
Use a dish soap mixture for cleaning the polymer taps and fixtures
Robust cleaning methods and aggressive cleaning agents may not only damage the surface, they can also affect the inner workings of the products
Avoid hard-surfaced scrubs/hard cloth for combating limescale deposits and dirt removal. If incorrect treatment leads to damage, the same is not covered under warranty also
Never spray a cleaning agent directly onto mixer or shower. Instead of spray cleaning agent, use a soft cloth to wipe off the surface, thoroughly rinse the mixer and showers after cleaning with clean water
Do not use any cleaning agents containing hydrochloric acid
