MANUFACTURING UNIT I

The state-of-the-art production facility that is spread over 4.6 acres is situated at Neelambur village, which is 20 km away from Coimbatore city.


INJECTION MOULDING DIVISION

The injection moulding division has high-quality imported machines such as ENGEL, FANUC, JSW & FERROMATIK, fitted with robots and auxiliary equipment like autoloaders, mould temperature controllers, slow speed granulators, etc., to ensure consistency, superior quality, and high level of productivity.

ASSEMBLY SECTION

The assembly section wears a modern look with many operations being fully automated in line with international practice which ensures consistency in assembly operations and an increase in productivity.

QUALITY SECTION

The well-equipped QC section run by trained QC inspectors ensures that all products are tested as per the international quality norms before they are packed and cleared for dispatch.

MANUFACTURING UNIT II

EXTRUSION SECTION

The extrusion division includes extruder's such as WINDSOR, THEYSON at higher output-rate installed at the capacity of uPVC, CPVC, SWR, COLUMN pipes manufacturing and fitted with advanced high-precision, quality downstream equipment’s like vacuum calibrator, haul off unit, automatic cutter and advanced high pixel quality online printing machine etc., and post-operation socketing and production machines such as VHAN with advanced technology of online support towards pipeline production that yield high-quality precise productivity to ensure overall consistency, superior quality and high level of productivity. We also have the state-of-the-art central conveying silo system for bulk material handling of PVC pipes, production results, most precise & accurate weighing, modular control system with standard and customized solutions, no dusting, material spillage in works and operation area.

INJECTION MOULDING FLOOR

The injection moulding division has high-quality machines such as FERROMATIC MILACRON, fitted with robots and auxiliary equipment like autoloaders, mould temperature controllers, slow speed granulators, etc. to ensure consistency, superior quality and high level of productivity and we have state-of-the-art central conveying silo system for bulk material handling system on our PVC fittings production results most precise & accurate weighing, modular control system with standard & customized solution, no dusting and material spillage in works & operation area.

QUALITY SECTION

The well-equipped quality testing laboratory, test all its products as per the relevant Bureau of Indian Standards and other international standards. The high-quality performance is attained with our experienced & qualified staff, skilled workers, and inspectors. They ensure that each batch of products is tested as per the international quality norms and the Bureau of Indian Standard's relevant scheme of testing and inspection under pre-delivery.

MANUFACTURING UNIT III

The new state of the art manufacturing facility located at Karavalli Madhapur village in Coimbatore, measuring nearly 75,000 Sqft. is a modern manufacturing system where the complete manufacturing activities and material flows are automatically handled with the most advanced automation technology.


RAW MATERIAL FLOOR

The fully automated and centralized conveying system is used for transport of raw material and the dosing system is capable of maintaining the colour code of less than Delta E 1 value.

The assembly section wears a modern look with many operations being fully automated in line with international practice which ensures consistency in assembly operations and an increase in productivity.

INJECTION MOULDING FLOOR

The injection moulding division encompasses 40 nos of internationally acclaimed Smart Engel 4.0 Injection moulding machine, equipped with WEMO industry 4.0 Robot arms that is made in Sweden. The injection moulding division operates unmanned. The Smart Inject 4.0 machine of Engel delivers a self-optimizing injection moulding productivity, resulting in delivery of high quality and reliable products. Intelligent WEMO Industry 4.0 Robot arms with mobile app process-monitoring facility and are used in the pick and place of components moulded out of unmanned Industry 4.0 Engel moulding machines.
